We have many years of experience in designing and developing systems tailored specifically to the needs of our clients.

Our office systems primarily employ the tools from Microsoft in the Office Professional suite of programs, with particular emphasis on Access, Excel and Word. Greyscale are members of Microsft's Direct Access Channel Program through which it has access to specialist Microsoft support services.
Visual Basic programming enables us to create automated procedures with which we can develop forms, reports and processes designed specifically for your business and which will remove any need for you to understand the technical detail of the software involved. We develop tailored data base interface systems which, with a simple click or two of your mouse, will produce mailing labels, print standard reports, mail merge letters or perform an automatic update of the data base.
